1992-2000 初创阶段
* 1992年,雷文勇以3.5万元资金、6个人起家,创建公司。
* 1995年,建立了第一家自己的工厂,奠定了铁骑力士发展的核心人才基础。
* 创作了铁骑力士第一首厂歌,形成了公司活动礼仪的规范,确立了“一个家庭、一支军队、一所学校”的企业文化基础。
* 1996年,召开第一次“创名牌战略研讨会”,提出“创中国铁骑力士、建集团化公司”的战略目标。
* 1997年,成立行业内唯一以个人名字命名的实验室——冯光德实验室。
* 第一次提出了铁骑力士“科技是我们的命根子”、“产品就是人品”的产品质量方针。
* 1998年,通过IS09002质量认证,开启了铁骑力士质量兴企的新征程。
* 获得“四川省著名商标”“四川省名牌产品”和“中国饲料行业十大竞争力品牌”。
2001-2017 产业发展阶段
* 提出了成为中国最有价值、最受尊重的公司的目标。
* 被农业部认定为“农业产业化国家重点龙头企业”,获得“国家高新技术企业”“国家认定企业技术中心”“四川省十二五、十三五100家大企业大集团”等荣誉。
* 与中国农业大学、四川农业大学合作建立博士工作站,与西南科技大学共建联合实验室。
* 2001年,成立第一家子公司——成都铁骑力士饲料有限公司,开启了跨区域办企业的历程;并以此为契机,布局蛋鸡产业链,迈向全产业化发展之路,创立了“品牌 + 标准 + 规模”的运营模式和“公司 + 园区 + 农户”的生产模式,打造中国高品质鸡蛋领导品牌。
* 2003年,布局生猪产业,以种猪育种、屠宰分割为两翼,辅之以商品猪繁育、示范养殖,形成猪产业链雏形。
* 2009年,布局鸭产业,形成从饲料、养殖、到食品加工为一体的鸭全产业链。
* 2009年,建立了铁骑力士集团新总部和行业标杆型、专业化饲料公司——绵阳公司。
2017-今 全产业链品牌化发展阶段
* 提出了建“百年铁骑力士、打造千亿级全球化全产业链食品企业集团”的发展目标。
* 制定了《六五规划战略蓝图》的初步规划,提出了 “做中国高端食品领导者”品牌的目标定位和成为世界级食品企业的新的战略目标。
* 坚持“坚守专注、人才第一、创新驱动、开放合作、客户为尊、持续增长”的战略方针,实施“一体双核两翼”的战略规划。
* 提出了“建开放化、品牌化、国际化的铁骑力士”的愿景,布局食品产业,开拓食品产业的发展模式。
* 2018年,建立铁骑力士战略发展研究院、社会责任研究中心、院士(专家)工作站。
* 2018年,公司的各项改革深化,实现了人才结构性引进和调整,现代化企业大集团开始向更高的高度进发。
* 铁骑力士深度融入国家精准扶贫和乡村振兴战略,建成了集“现代农业、循环农业、智慧农业、品牌体验农业”为一体的三台百万头智慧猪业产业园区项目。
* 2019年,成立乡村振兴实验室;在扎西会议上,确立了以年轻人才为核心的集团新的经营决策委员会;确立了T+新型业务发展路线,提出“客户价值为先,奋斗者为本、生态共享为重”的经营理念,取得抗击非洲猪瘟阶段性胜利;形成了价值共享多元化的激励机制;在四川、贵州、云南、黑龙江等地实施产业扶贫,得到社会和行业主管部门的认可;启动数字化平台规划项目。
* 2020年,开启“533”数字化转型,围绕“数字铁骑力士”,通过“产业链协同、价值链拉通、经营透明”,实现“一个铁骑力士、一个梦想、一个体系”。
1992-2000 Early Stage

* In 1995, Lei Wenyong established the first factory and laid the core talent foundation for the development of Techlex.
* Created the first Techlex factory song, formed the company's activities and etiquette norms, and established the foundation of the corporate culture of “a family, an army, and a school”.
* In 1996, the first "Brand Creation Strategy Seminar" was held, where the strategic goal of "Creating China’s Techlex, Building a Group Company" was proposed.
* In 1997, the only industry laboratory named after an individual, the Feng Guangde Laboratory, was established.
* In 1998, passed the IS09002 quality certification, which started the new journey of Techlex quality enterprise.
* The company won the “Sichuan Famous Trademark”, “Sichuan Famous Brand Product” and “Top Ten Competitive Brands in China's Feed Industry”.
2001-2017: Industry Development Stage
* Proposed the goal of becoming the most valuable and respected company in China.
* The company was recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture as a "National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization" and received honors such as "National High-tech Enterprise," "National Accredited Enterprise Technology Center," and "One of Sichuan’s Top 100 Large Enterprises and Groups during the 12th and 13th Five-Year Plans".
* Cooperated with China Agricultural University and Sichuan Agricultural University to establish a doctoral workstation, and built a joint laboratory with Southwest University of Science and Technology.
* In 2001, Techlex established their first subsidiary, Chengdu Techlex Feed Co., Ltd. marking the beginning of the company’s expansion into new regions; and taking this opportunity, Techlex laid out the laying hens industrial chain, stepped into the full industrialization, and created the operation mode of “Brand + Standard + Scale” . Techlex have established the production mode of “Company + Industrial Park + Farmer” to build a leading brand of high-quality eggs in China.
* In 2003, the company laid out the hog industry, focusing on breeding, slaughtering, and processing, and formed the initial structure of the pig industry chain.
* In 2009, Techlex established a new headquarters and a model industry-leading professional feed company, Mianyang Company
2017-Present:Branding development stage of the whole industry chain
* Proposed the development goal of “building a hundred years of Techlex and creating a Trillion-Level Full-Industry Chain Food Enterprise Group" was proposed.”.
* Formulated the preliminary plan of “Sixth Five-Year Plan Strategic Blueprint”, setting the goal of becoming "China’s Leading High-End Food Brand" and the new strategic target of becoming a world-class food enterprise.
* Adhered to the strategic policy of “Stay Focused, Talent First, Innovation Driven, Open Cooperation, Customer- centric, and Sustainable Growth”, and implemented the strategic plan of “One whole industrial chain, Two cores, and Two Wings”.
* The vision of "Building an Open, Branded, and International Techlex" was proposed, expanding into the food industry and exploring new development models for the sector.
* In 2018, the Techlex Strategic Development Research Institute, Social Responsibility Research Center, and Academician (Expert) Workstations were established.
* In 2018, the company's reforms were deepened, the structural introduction and adjustment of talents were realized, and the modernized enterprise group began to move to a higher level.
* Techlex was deeply integrated into the national strategy of precise poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and built the Santai Million-Head Intelligent Swine Industrial Park Project, which integrates “modern agriculture, recycling agriculture, intelligent agriculture and brand experience agriculture”.
